1. Back Up Your Data
Before packing, back up all important data. Use cloud services or transfer files to your computer to prevent data loss if the phone gets damaged.
2. Remove SIM and Memory Cards
Take out the SIM card and any microSD cards. Keep them separate and protected to avoid damage or loss during transit.
3. Power Off the Device
Turn off your phone completely to prevent accidental activation or battery issues while shipping.
4. Clean the Phone
Wipe your phone with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove fingerprints, dirt, and oils. This keeps it clean and ready for packaging.
5. Use a Screen Protector and Case
Apply a screen protector and place the phone in a protective case. This adds extra cushioning and prevents scratches during shipping.
6. Wrap the Phone in Protective Material
Wrap the device in bubble wrap or foam padding. Ensure all sides are cushioned to absorb shocks and impacts.
